Steam sterilization is nontoxic, rapidly microbicidal, sporicidal, and rapidly heats and penetrates fabrics. A steam sterilizer, also known as an 'autoclave', uses saturated steam at 121–132 °C. A typical standard for steam sterilization is achieved after 15 to 30 minutes under a pressure of 106 kPa (1 atm) once all surfaces have reached a temperature of 121 °C. Steam sterilization occurs from high temperature/pressure and chemical equipment insuring hygiene safe working environment: Our operations extend to a large number of Nationwide projects related to: Food safety (sterilization, surface disinfection, etc…). Healthcare system (medical staff and establishments). Preventing the transmission of all kind of harmful microorganisms. Our sterilization/disinfection processes are carried using steam and Air retort operated by a well experienced highly qualified team.
